Items for Review for AAUG Members
Reviewing items is a perk of AAUG membership!
The Alaskan Apple User’s group creates business relationships with developers and publishers who agree to provide us with products for review in return for constructive feedback. AAUG members may select from a constantly updated inventory of books, software, hardware and accessories available for review. Items for review are available at our monthly meetings or may be seen on our website and obtained from our Reviews Coordinator. The typical agreement is that the product be objectively evaluated, a review written in 25 days and, upon submission, published on our website.
Review the product, keep the product!
In return for a review that follows AAUG’s guidelines, you get to keep the item! If there is an item you’d like to review that is not in our current inventory, send a request to Guy Okada, Reviews Coordinator, and he will attempt to get the item for you.
How do I go about reviewing a product?
First, you must sign a Review Agreement Form in which you agree to follow the guidelines and complete the review in 25 days. Download the review guidelines and the template here (48 kb .zip).
